Paulette went back in with my handwritten letter and our partner attorney and got all parties back to the negotiating table. We closed the deal in under 30 days! With Paulette's help we also negotiated for all the staged furnishings and other effects.I was very pleased and still am with that property. Paulette worked well with my mortgage broker, attorney (who was also amazing and referred to by Paulette) and other professionals for the close. I would highly recommend Paulette.
